Since 2012, Eric has specialized in producing breakthroughs at the level of organizational. He’s also the co-creator of the Udemy course, Leadership By Design. Eric also hosts The Intelligent Investing Podcast which is a business/value investing podcast.

Eric loves interviewing interesting people and has interviewed Warren Buffett’s son, Peter BuffettJimmy Fallon, and former adult film star, Bree Olson as well as over 100 interviews on his podcast.

Eric currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Granite State Capital Management, LLC and runs a real estate investment and consulting firm, Wyoming Warehousing & Safe Deposit Company.

Energy Independence Day - 2009

Created Energy Independence Day which was adopted by T. Boone Pickens on July 8th, 2009. Pickens marked the anniversary by joining a large bipartisan group of Congressional leaders in the House and the Senate at the U.S. Capitol Building to recognize legislation supporting the sale and use of vehicles that run on clean, domestic natural gas. Pickens appeared with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senators Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and Orrin Hatch (R-UT) to introduce the NAT GAS Act. Pickens also joined Representatives Dan Boren (D-OK), John Larson (D-CT) and John Sullivan (R-OK) and several other bipartisan cosponsors of HR 1835, the NAT GAS Act, introduced on April 1 of that year.
